Out of desperation, I began practicing yoga and breathwork and with consistency, over time, I was able to heal not just my physical body but my relationship to my Self changed and as a result, my entire life changed.

Through my embodiment practices, I discovered a sense of inner freedom and empowerment that I never knew was possible (I left my full-time marketing career in NYC to move out to the Hamptons and teach yoga).

The narrative of our lives is embedded into our cells and our practice becomes a place to address the patterns in your life via the patterns in your body. I experienced first-hand how committing to an embodiment practice to reorganize and support the physiology eventually alters the psychology (and of course, vice versa).

This bundle is intended to be practiced daily for 21 days in order to provide the maximum benefit and transformation.

You then keep the momentum and use what you’ve learned/what worked for you to stay committed to your daily practice moving forward. Maybe eventually you decide a daily 10 min practice with 5 min of breathwork is what works best for you…. See what you like and just keep going (consistency is key)!

We will be moving through the body systematically from the ground up, using the metaphor of the body as a house (the abode of the spirit).

The bundle is broken down into 3 weeks, each focusing on a specific floor of the house.
Each week includes 2 yoga practices to alternate between/choose from (one best suited for AM, one best suited for PM, depending on when you want to practice) and 1 breathwork practice to be used daily. You explore that floor for a week, then you move up to the next one!
